Repairs and replacement

Sewer line repair and tank replacement.

Old clay and cast iron waste lines, worn-out tanks, and the jobs around them: locating, thawing, excavating and tank repairs.

Four signs the tank may be done.

A new septic tank may be in order if you're seeing any of these. Call and we'll work with you on every stage, from the first look to the new tank in the ground.

Sludge build-up

Solids that keep coming back high, even with regular pumping.

Odors

A septic smell in the yard or the house that doesn't go away.

Wet ground

Soggy or moist ground over the tank or the leach field.

Slow drains

Drains and toilets that back up or stop working.

Sewer line repair

Outdated waste lines, especially clay pipe and old cast iron, are the usual cause of backups. We repair or replace the lines that are giving you trouble.

Locating, thawing and excavating

These three are lettered right on our pump tank. If nobody knows where the tank is, we find it. If a line freezes in a mountain winter, we thaw it. And when a repair means digging, we do the excavating.

Tank repairs

Not every problem means a new tank. Some tanks need a repair, and we'll tell you which one you're looking at.

Why do old sewer lines back up?

Outdated clay pipe and old cast iron waste lines crack, shift and corrode, and roots find their way in. We repair or replace the lines that are causing the backups.

How do I know if I need a new septic tank?

Sludge build-up, unpleasant odors, moist ground and drains that don't work are the usual signs. Call and we'll look at it with you through every stage.

Can you find a tank nobody knows the location of?

Yes. Locating is part of what we do, along with thawing frozen lines and excavating.
