Inspections

NAWT certified septic inspections.

For homeowners, and for anyone buying or selling a house on septic. Jefferson County Public Health lists us as a NAWT certified maintenance provider.

Certified, and listed by the county

Our inspections are NAWT certified. NAWT is the National Association of Wastewater Technicians. Jefferson County Public Health keeps a list of maintenance providers who hold that certification, and we're on it, along with its lists of licensed septic contractors and cleaners.

Selling a house on septic

If the house is on septic, the system is part of the sale. Call us when you decide to list, not when the buyer asks, so the inspection is done early and there's time to deal with anything it turns up.

One longtime customer had us replace her tank more than a decade ago and pump it a few times since. When she got ready to sell, she called us for the inspection.

Pump and inspect together

Customers have had us pump the tank and inspect it in the same visit. Ask when you call and we'll tell you what makes sense for your system.

“They are always on time and very good at a less than pleasant business.”
